Robert Nielson, MFT. 

Rob earned his B.S. in psychology from Southern Utah State College and his M.S. in Counseling and Educational Psychology with a Marriage and Family Therapy emphasis from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Rob has worked therapeutically with youth since 1990.  Rob oversees the clinical/therapeutic component of Cedar Ridge.

Brent Crane, MFT.

Brent received his B.A. in Marriage, Family, and Human Development and an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University.  Brent is fluent in Spanish and also coaches our girls volleyball team.  Brent joined the clinical team in June 2002.

Shane A. Whiting, Ph.D. MFT.

Shane received his B.S. in Family Science from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah; M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.  Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Utah.  Shane is a clinical member of AAMFT.  Shane joined the Cedar Ridge Clinical team in June 2004.

Wes Nielson, Licensed Professional Counselor Intern.

Wes received his B.S. from Utah State University in Family and Human Development and his M.S. from the University of Phoenix.  Wes has been at Cedar Ridge since the founding of the program in September of 1996, is the Director of Operations, and is the chief Karate Sensei.

Josh Miller, CPCI, MS. 

 

Josh received his B.A. in Psychology from Albion College in Michigan. Josh has been working with teens since 2001 in school, residential, hospital and wilderness settings. He has recieved his Masters in counseling from the University of Phoenix.
