Cedar Ridge Coed TherapeuticBoarding School is looking for professional therapists and dorm staff.We are accepting applications for the following positions:
Clinical
We currently have four therapists. This position requires aMasters Level education with full licensure or working towards licensure. OurClinical Director is an approved supervisor and can supervise people workingtowards licensure. Therapists can look forward to working with 6-12 studentsdepending on their milieu responsibilities assigned as needed.
We are looking to add to our clinical support services team with a:
• Female therapist
Residential
Our dorm staff work with our clinical and academic teams tocomplete our milieu and help ensure that academic needs and therapeutic supportservice needs are met during our 'other' hours. Dorm staff are expected tomodel the behavior we expect from our students as well as bring theirinsights/strengths into mentoring the students for success in daily livingskills and peer and adult relationships. These positions require at least ahigh school degree as well as one or more years of experience working withyouth in a residential setting.
We are looking to add to our residential team in the following areas:
• Female dorm staff
• Male dorm staff
Admissions
Quality of fit between the students, family, and Cedar RidgeAcademy is one of the most influential factors of success with our families.Admission counselors work with educational consultants and families applying toCedar Ridge Academy to ensure that the fit is appropriate for the academic,support, and residential needs of the student. This position requires at leasta Bachelor degree along with one or more years experience working with youth ina residential setting.
We are looking to add to our admissions team with:
•An admissions counselor
Student Services
Ourstudent services position works in support of the residential milieu byscheduling doctor appointments, managing student clothing supplies, managingstudent travel, managing meds dispensed on-campus, and many other specificstudent needs. Our student services personnel maintain constant contact withparents to meet the needs of our boarding students. For this position, weprefer a Bachelor degree and one or more years working with youth in aresidential setting. However, the Bachelor degree is not required.
We are looking to add to our Student Services team with:
• Female student services personnel
• Male student services personnel

• Clinical team has been at Cedar Ridge Therapeutic Schoolis twelve years
• Academic team is five and a half years
• Residential team is four years
